You right about the inherit of both titles, both the kid is ML brother kids right? So both of them (the ml and the mc) haven't had a kid.
If they have kid later I think it's more good if the kid is a girl, girl that resemble MC so maybe we got the "both the kid protective and loved their little sister dearly because when they see her she reminds them of MC" Kinda things
