It made him instantly get repulsed at only a glance.

Rather than Myeong-il "reading" the letter, I think what he pulled out of the envelope was a picture instead. A very disgusting picture of a very disgusting crime.

It's a photo, because in the beginning of chapter 34, there's a flashback, a memory from the Noona. It was Jingi asking her to print some photos for him. Not sure if the Noona knows what's in them herself cuz she can't see it, but it seems like she knows it'll help Jingi.

Back in chapter 20, when she receives Jingi's correspondence, it said "Please send the thing on the 5th", she knew it was Jingi and what he needed.

So conclusion is that, Jingi has some dirt on someone. Evidence. Photographic evidence. And that someone is probably the Uncle. Jingi needs these photos for when he gets out and it's his turn to put the Uncle in prison.

So back to now...

Myeong-il opened the letter, saw the photo, and was instantly repulsed. Discovering that THESE were what's inside the letters Jingi wanted so badly. Myeong-il is now probably assuming things about Jingi. Not knowing the bigger plan at hand.
