What’s with the ML hate?

Not sure why MC is in any wrong for helping out and Ren gladly took that, while expecting MC to realize his feelings for him without any communication whatsoever.

I’d say the twin brother is the main shit one. He knew what he was doing, it was no accident and raped ML (and baby trapped).

I still don’t like ML, but that’s just me. I just feel icky about it, mainly due to his attitude towards MC. As for the twin brother, he can rot because who is he crying over for? (Raws I believe) He’s not the victim.
