I don’t particularly think the mc is a weakling. He has a pretty strong character. If your talking about why he isn’t ’overpowered’ in the ‘game’ they’re trapped in, thats because he is a dark celestial which was initially in the lower ranks and is an extremely weak clan. He just corrupted the game to level up in the ranks. When it comes to his personality, I think he’s strong. Imagine being killed again and again but never losing faith and earning the trust of one’s comrades who had lost their trust in their previous leaders.
Although I do agree the ml being an asshole. But he does soften up a lot after the confession and clearing up the misunderstanding part.

I wonder how far you got because he is definitely not a weakling!! He is very strong for his situation. And yeah the ML is a jerk but in the recent chapters you can see why he acts like that because he genuinely thought the mc abandoned him and the whole kingdom.
