NONONO!!! i was thinking that too but if you look that was a mangaka panel!! meaning that WAS the short hair dude just grew his hair!! and besides why would they have an emotional scene? if you read the other chapters the other long haired dude was using the scar the blonde gave him as a threat (or at least it seemed that way) SO i THINK it was actually the short haired dude that ended up with the blonde QwQ at leats i HOPE cuz thats what it looked like at least lol
