Keep in mind that this version of Yeonwoo is the one before the whole confession and chasing thing happened due to memory loss. Idk why it should be reiterated countless times to you but because of that, he doesn't even believe that Keith LOVES him that way since he personally dealt with his flings AND even saw Keith kissing a FA even after expressing that he's interested in Yeonwoo.
This version of Yeonwoo DID NOT experience what the future him did so it's hard for him to believe with just words alone.
