돌아왔다 means "returned" so he is essentially saying that what belonged to him has returned to him. Literally the possessiveness is so strong in this panel i'm shaking
fun fact about the "you're back" line in the raws: he actually says something with a more possessive meaning. He says 내 것이 돌아왔다. 내 것 is literally "mine" or "my possession"
