Honestly, I thought that was part of the magic training with the elf? So he could learn to adjust himself to actually take Caius.
Can they have him learn the magic already or is there some potion to make koichi like Big height wise I dunno man it looks like it's painful when they do it they can draw him enjoying all they want but damn sometimes it does not look this it's comfy at all
