well im guessing lynn mentioning that ml's sword being so similar to mc's energy condition might end up being the key to saving mc if lynn and ml ever solves the sword problem then it's probably also going to be similar to how mc will be saved (hoping that the method does not involve unethical ways because at its root it is a blood cult method w the talismans and all), their probably gonna use mc's sickness to develop the couple more and w the ml rushing the mc will probably end up stepping in to stop him, the evil isn't done w since the fourth prince is in hiding and his subordinate is "finding a new vessel" they were trying to turn fourth prince into a god rightt hoping that ml does NOT get possessed and still end up stabbing mc in this life hahahahaha (also 2nd prince just got introduced he's prolly gonna get involved more and also a tournament arc w all the martial artists together for a competition smth ig)
So.....technically mc has successfully changed his future (the one where he gets killed by ml) and now it's gonna be a completely new path?? The 2 year time skip basically encapsulates what I had thought would be a 30+ chapter struggle reveal of their evil plans and I thought mc and ml will develop in those hypothetical 30+ chapters to get rid of evil together ..... but now it's just done with. So now I'm wondering what else the story is gonna expand on to explore their relationship in a natural way.....??
