tbh he's giving major aroace vibes, so i think it's gonna take a While before he starts realising his feelings/developing them even, lol. imo, his vibes when saying that still felt more like thinking a child is objectively cute, but he knows logically it's ironic because jigu is tall, beefy & a grown adult. i think it might be where mc can't pin-point when he fell in love, he j did, or he starts to see jigu in a new light after jigu makes a move
I really think MC is somewhere on the aromantic spectrum. Some aros can fall in love but very rarely, so he can still match that definition
