Yeahh that's true! After I'm saved from the stubborn aggresive state, I asked people around me to be honest about what they feel when they dealed with me before and they said the exact same things you said when ur dealing with ur sister. They said "we love you and wanted to help you but you keep refusing it. We thought that maybe you really hated us for being too nosy with ur problem. And honestly ur being so aggresive so it's a bit tiring too, that we need to always be careful when we speak around you." That's when I know how much trouble I've caused my surrounding and I'm grateful than when I opened my heart and asked them to help me, they're very happy about it and helped with all their heart
