distributing pirated material is illegal and you can go to jail or be sued, however consuming pirated martial is more of a gray area when it comes to the law and it really depends on where you live.

I work in LE. Its illegal to distribute and download. Viewing the content online is not illegal. Mangago's owners could be legally charged, but viewing it itself is not criminal.
