if you are talking about the history they are deleted by mangago after 14 without you clicking on a chapter, if the problem is with your pre-defined lists (want to read, reading, finished reading etc) so its a mangago problem maybe

PFFT REAL— all you gotta do is just try to remember or sum where you left off, if you saved like some stuff in chapters into an album you could try looking at that (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
i literally figured this out 2 days ago and I should've found it earlier, but there's a book mark button in the top right corner :))
no matter how long you're gone, it will always save what chapter you've read it and what time you saved the bookmark (I think I'm still not that sure)

It's in the little settings tab and from there you can click activity and whatnot cs it sure helped me

open the chapter you want to bookmark, and if ur in mobile, switch to desktop (you might have problems switching back though) in the top right corner near the previous and next button, there's a link that says "bookmark it" :)
after clicking it, there should be a section titled "my bookmarks" (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

u actually don't have to switch to desktop mode! it's an option in mobile mode (in a chapter, tap the top right gray bar and tap "bookmark it")
