I can’t say for Korea, but in my country, you definitely can get driver’s license at 17. For both car and bike.
Some student here get their identity card and driver’s license simultaneously at 17-18 (mostly on their second or third year of high school)

I'd say driving at 19 and even at 18 is pretty normal. In my country you can get a driving license at 18 (14 for motor scooters and such), you can even unofficially start taking lessons at 17, and I found out looking it up on Google that Korea also has the same age requirement of 18 yo
OMG! I'm surprised I binged it all in 2 days! It didn't even get boring! The plot's super great! I'm so glad i had left it to marinate for so long!!!
..... But does Ijin even have a driving license..?.. He's been driving bikes and cars...while being 19 in korean age i suppose...? that means 17 or 18 in international age....are such minors even allowed to drive...?
