Idk, in the future fight. Not this one, they'll fight again after the human is revealed to be a slime.

My take on the spoiler with the current info that we have so far.
So, the dragon finds his ideal lover through scent.
They mentioned this great fight between the ML and the MC, which happened after the ML finds out that his ideal partner was a slime, and the ML was enrage because ML though the slime was human.
The ML must have smelled the scent of his lover in MC in that ultimate fight. Which led to his 35% favorability to increase to 100% in just a single fight. And that's the turning point of their relationship. At they point the dragon spends his time spoiling the MC.
