I mean it's not everyone's cup of tea but I really like this story tbh. I don't like how Jooin ended up with we know who in the end but the beginning already leads up the that end tbh. I think they suit each other too. And as for Cain, he just deserves so much more than he thinks he does. He is probably my fav 2nd male lead ever in all the years of reading BL for me lol. The characters' development are very well written. Jooin is such a realistic and fresh main character to have despite being a push over in the first arc. I honestly can relate so much to Jooin not for being in the same situation but for how he react being in the love triangle. I think he handled it quite well and Yahwi deserved what he had coming for him like the author said in their comments╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ Jooin didn't owe anyone any sympathy, love, or explaination. He can choose to walk away even after both male leads expressed their love and trauma to Jooin because he is his own person and has every right to do whatever he wants to just like Yahwi and Cain so idk why yall pissed at him (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 I literally bawled my eyes when Jooin said something along the line " If I were to pit snd understand him then who would pity and understand me?" like omg yes queen the self-actualisation (๑•ㅂ •)و✧ Anyways love the story even though I thought it may have a little more impact if they invested even more on the grandpa's impact on Yahwi's personality than just recited words he said to him when our Kitty was younger lol It felt little shallow to me compared to the story written in the third arc.
In the end, it's a good read (took me 6 hours 30min in total skipping almost all the smuts cuz I wanted to plot first haha might go back and read them again later)
9/10 would have been 7/10 if not for the last arc where they really delved into the grey areas of their relationships and would have been 10/10 if there was more of Cain TT my bby gurl
