mangago is a profit web site, it gets a lot of money from ads. and even if it isn't, mangago doesn't own anything on this site, except for logo, or whatever, and they are not connected to any publishing company whatsoever so they can't sue anyone for using anything from this website, especially not comics. if anything they can be sued.

That's true. Their disclaimer gets them off the hook for what people post, but not for their continuing to host, distribute, and make money off of pirated material.
