If you buy a chapter, it'll be permanent for that account. If you have the app on your phone, you'll have it there too. I don't think it'll be on your own account, you'll have the read on the site or the app. They won't take it off without reason.
Once you've purchased a chapter, it will be saved in the library of your account on Lezhin and you can access it on the site or the app. They won't take it down without a good reason.
I haven't tried this, but someone has mentioned that if you want to save the webtoons on your computer, you can open the chapters on Lezhin site and save the web pages as pdfs.
From Safari, I was able to download purchased chapters by downloading a PDF of web page displaying the chapter to my iBooks to read offline. From my PC, I can do the same thing from Google Chrome, but I had the use the program "Nook Study". I imagine a number of reader softwares will work similarly.

Hey guys i have a question! I have an account in lezhin and im ready to buy some coin its just worries me that im not from US so im not familiat with the system. If i purchase a new capter can i have it on my own computer for me to read forever or do i have to read it in lezhins webside. If i have to read it in the webside, how long is it for me to read. Are they keeping the chapters there for eternity or do they take it off at some point??
I hope you can undestand what im asking cause im not sure if i make it clear enough :D
