Up until chp 16 there's no explanation for that. And from looking at the raws it's not clear either
Read indonesian translation until chp 16 it seems like the pastor will lure people from church to seduce them and then kill them. He seduced one guy that found pictures of who he claimed to be minsik under the pastor's bed. When mc confront him about it he doesn't deny dating but saying he didn't kill minsik.
Then i read the last chp on bomtoon, pastor got chased by police, he then put mc's gun and hand to his head and he pull the trigger. In the end it seems like mc also die because he saw pastor and they hug in the beach. The end
