They're both hospitalized and (unfortunately for some) woojin survived. Basically, the villain won the victim's heart. wooyeon's starting to show care towards woojin instead of doing it reluctantly and looking disgusted like he usually does. They're holding hands and both blushing while wooyeon leads them back to woojin's hospital room. and woojin has a whole internal monologue about being in love with his hyung in the last panel.
From what i understand, the raws are basically done but maybe I'm wrong. I'm not 100% fluent in Korean so don't take my word for it lmao.
