Idk why, but I always find stories with unique art the most interesting. It’s like you can see that the artist knows how to draw well but decides to add their own little touch. I appreciate it more than those stiff, ‘perfect’ art styles with generic stories and dialogues.
Agreed!! I enjoy the "generically perfect" looking ones too for the most part, as long as theyl story is at least a little interesting. But I definitely prefer when there's something unique in the art style and a different approach to the story/dialogues, they actually make an impact!
