i don't think it's about the killing per se (though maybe it is), i think she wants him to avoid the flags that could lead him to become "the villain" and thus end up dead or something

I don’t really get why she doesn’t want Will to kill the other guys because they literally tried to kill her and they would probably die anyway as punishment no matter who saved her
