OK so quick question. If he can get pregnant it means the vagina is a complete organ. And he got no balls, So I assume the penis is not a complete organ. So when he came, does he came from the vagina only or the penis also came? cuz I’m confused

Basically his penis is like a eunuchs. I don’t know *how* but he’s shooting blanks. Same way as someone who had a vasectomy would shoot blanks. Ejaculate is still being made but not sperm. But other than that, I don’t know. It’s probably best to look up how vasectomies affect ejaculation.

Yeah mc is anatomical intersex meaning he would have one complete system and one incomplete or two incomplete systems, in this case it’s the prior and he has complete female anatomy.

About your question though, testicles are only really responsible for producing sperm, it doesn’t actually make the fluid. That’s dependent on the prostate (which we know he has) and more notably the seminal vesicles which makes a majority of the fluid. If both are intact the only thing stopping him ejaculating is being aroused enough to which people without balls struggle to do because I lied and balls actually do one other thing, produce testosterone. Since MC can get hard easily this isn’t a problem for him.

Anyways I love this comic so much because it feels like actual care was put into figuring out mc’s anatomy. I can’t be too surprised though, the author seems to have a crazy search history.

The rest of this is just me yapping so you don’t have to read it:
Technically there is a third option where someone has 2 complete reproductive systems. It’s a variant of ovotesticular disorder which means you can potentially produce both sperm and eggs. That said there has not been an accredited medical report of someone BOTH giving birth and impregnating someone else. People with this condition have conflicting anatomy and hormones so that has an affect on what they can do and most of not all are sterile. Also ovotesicular disorder just means you can produce both eggs and sperm. That can happen if you only have male exterior anatomy or female exterior anatomy and can’t get impregnated/impregnate naturally. There isn’t much research that goes into understanding the variety of the intersex experience so hopefully it receives more funding and we can learn more.

thank you. your explanation is thorough and I do learn a lot from it. i have always thought the balls is responsible for producing all the fluid and sperm and that’s why i have the question

but back to MC, it is interesting to me that his outward appearance is more masculine while the female anatomy is the complete one. well aside from that this is a BL so it’s obvious but it got me wondering how the hormones in his body works

The system that pumps blood to the penis is its own system. Eunuchs could also get hard. They just couldn’t father any children because they had their testicles removed. It’s the same way we castrate animals. My beloved princely kitty has no balls but everything works as if he still had balls. He can pee and although he has no sexual desires anymore, he technically COULD get hard. Also don’t forget that sperm HAS to be a different system since the entirety of the body views sperm as a foreign pathogen and will attack it. That’s why any testicular issues are pretty damn urgent. There was this guy who injected sperm into his arm cause he wanted to cure his back pain and ended up being hospitalised. In fact, even the female body will kill all sperm if it’s outside of the designated safe zones vs killing only some sperm in the designated safe zones. It’s very much the hunger games for sperm. That’s why it needs its own tubing and its own storage so to speak.
