The starts of the story (how the two leads got together), also the names, the flow of the story is also a bit similar. There's also the issue that the author for this story blocked the the creator for TANBD when they just wanted to talk things out about the similarities of their stories.
And now Eunhi is threatening to sue TANBD's creator, which is shameless for Eunhi to do because why is a plagiarist threatening to sue the og intellectual creator.

U can literally compared this to any other childhood friends to lovers stories and find the same similarities.... the surnames are the same sure but how common r the kang and Kim surnames ?? N wht cause they're sex friends ?? How many other stories do the same thing ? Y'all r grasping at straws n if I were eunhi I'd block them n threaten to sue too if someone accused u of something so heinous would u not do the same ?

Broski the only one grasping at straws here is you because I too liked the story and think the whole situation is just disappointing. Like I wrote, the creator of TANBD reached out to Eunhi on twitter to ask about the similarities when they noticed it but Eunhi blocked them.
Personally, I don't mind the similarities, I liked both stories because I thought I could have two cakes and eat them too. I like the trope. I even paid for this story whenever I got my paycheck because I liked it that much.
Maybe Eunhi saw TANBD and got inspired by the plot and decided to make their own version? They could absolutely do it.
The reason people think it's plagiarized is because the pacing of that one kiss that lead to their sex scene is similar, is every part of the story copy and paste? No. But can people still call this plagiarized? Yes. Because of that one very chapter. That ONE chapter that everyone with eyes could see was very similar to the point that even the time their shirts were being pulled up was enough for everyone clock that it was copied.
Also, Eunhi is being outwardly suspicious by going through the legal route and, again, BLOCKING the creator they're allegedly plagiarizing from when the creator just wanted to chat about their similarities. If the copying isn't enough to make people raise their red flags then the creator being blocked is.

Pacing doesn't fall under plagiarism genius regardless none of this would hold up in court y'all are harassing a woman because she supposedly plagerized a kiss scenes pacing ??? R we serious here?? Do you know how many other series have a similar plot to both series ? Are they all plagiarists now too then ? Tht one chapter, chapter 11 doesn't look the same the scenes are quite literally cherry picked....the shirt scene in aal he just pulls up his shirt ...in CFC she slightly puts her hand under his shirt! Tht it's and tht ur damning evidence?? There are again plenty of other manhwa with similar scenes in both reread both chapter and describe in detail Whts going on one by one and you won't come out with the same results

Right back at you buckaroo, you're choosing to cherry pick what you want to believe.
And I'm just pointing out what I see.
Also it ain't just the pacing, my dudes, it's the panels in that chapter. I realized I worded it wrongly but by pacing I meant the chapter's panels, the pictures, the way they were drawn. It's not just the shirt thing but even the kiss, the tickling, and so on. It's so similar that even Tirano Kim noticed it and pointed it out to Eunhi, who then went ahead and blocked and ignored them.
Yes, I agree "There are again plenty of other manhwa with similar scenes" but what Eunhi's doing is suspicious because instead of going just treating it like a maybe casual mistake like "Oh yeah there are similarities to this, I just noticed that. Haha. Sorry about that." they went ahead and brought up a legal team. Does that not seem weird to you? And to even target the person they were allegedly copying from?
There are so many ways Eunhi could have defended themselves during this, but they went ahead and chose the route that would indefinitely make them look guilty under the court of public opinion. That's why people are dog piling on them, Eunhi chose the route that made them look guilty.
I'm just pointing out my frustrations because I spent money on something I thought was original hard work only to realize that it wasn't a genuine craft.
I have personally read both this manhwa and All about Lust & There are no bad dogs
There is no similarities to the plots and the art styles are different too.
So, like what got plagiarized? I am not taking sides tho, i am just genuinely curious.
I only stumbled upon this by reading the comments.
