I hope so. I hope we see that in the manga. If I remember correctly, the novel was poorly written in a sense that he vanishes from point of MC being removed from the family and then he suddenly pops up at MC's wedding as if nothing happened and they seem fine? I mean wtf. I swear I know it was MTL but it felt like a gut punch coz I don't recall there ever being an episode where he was ever redeemed and it pissed me off so badly.
