In my fake plot and possible in real life, after a victim suffers major blood loss, this can have decreased oxygen supply to the brain. Causing patients to fall into a coma and even though he didn’t get hit in the head, the decreased oxygen supply can impair someone’s memory.

Woojin suffers blood loss and is in a coma for a few weeks and loses his memory of ever liking Wooyeon and just see him as an older brother he doesn’t get along with. So the end is open ended as you see wooyeon try to learn hypnosis to regain Woojins affection. Lol I know this story is messed up but if this actually happened, I think this ending matches this story’s crazy. Because ch 57 plot twist was its own series.
