The artists had shoulder or hand surgery - I'm not entirely sure, but it caused a hiatus. So, it's nice that it came back. I'm not sure if there are other chapters out and translation is behind, but its definitely not a year behind.
Well on here at least it has been almost exactly a year since the last chapter! (Slightly over) So excited to see it back.
