From what I understood, DM contacted Seonwoo’s sister because they were planning to do a smear campaign against both Seonwoo and Taemoon in order to ruin their reputation and in turn Misung, so that when they resign/leave, whatever they expose from DM will be overshadowed by all the negative press.
What DM didn’t know was that the “influential analyst” they got in order to get the most views/ruin Misung was Seonwoo’s sister! Since his sister got contacted by DM first, they were able to launch a counterattack by having Seonwoo also be there to talk about his side first and shift the tone and content of the campaign to show the injustices he faced and expose his truth.
It also def helped that he and Taemoon looked amazingly hot to gain public favor a lil easier lmaooo
Oh and by negative press, you mean their plan is to paint Tae-moon to the public as the illegitimate heir that got their position at DM via nepotism, knowing that this will cause Misung to also get criticize if Tae-moon decides to work with his father. Did i get that right?
