It's pretty toxic. You will have to deal with an Asshole Alpha who sees the rape of his omega assistant as a non-issue. The omega gets some revenge as part of the story.
And you don't feel the Alpha suffering enough for redemption until the side stories.
I say some kind of revenge, because it's too much of a spoiler, but I also don't quiet remember it. It was pretty good though.
