No baby, it is alpha/beta, so the ones on the artist's page are probably just for a what if scenario, or it could be the MCs as kids tbh, haven't seen them myself to say for sure
They draw up to five babies for them so I was confused. And there’s literally a baby in the banner for the artist page, so I thought maybe it’s for a future side story
