    Theyre not divorced legally cus she hasnt filed but she considers their relationship over even though hes convinced shell forgive him once he comes back which is why he hasnt filed either

    they were actually divorced from the time the loan sharks came because mincheol incurred debt in haesoo's name.Orignally after they are able to get rid of the debt they have they were supposed to get remarried .
