I remember reading this manga (based on a Chinese novel) where the MC is in a coma and the doctor taking care of him is a killer, so he talks to mc about his plans to kill the next victim while he's unconscious the whole time. One day he wakes up and remembers the things his doctor told him about every murder, he tries to escape but then he's found out.... I've searched everywhere but I can't find it
