Tf I think it was my second or third bl and that time I hated the ml and even after trying to re-reading it but couldn't finish it but still hated the seme (cuz I forgot what even happened in the story) but I feel soo bad for the uke like the seme is such a man whore who doesn't deserve the uke and I think the uke should have gone and had sex with that doctor at least bro was nice (I think)
