He appeared during 2 flashbacks :

1) Was during college, he was in Colton's class & also was into him.
2) He owns this bar & it was revealed that this is where Damon & Colton 1st met face to face. This also led to their 1st time together iirc since they both were tipsy & found one another hot af.
