There isn't but you can do what I usually do: I make an epub with Web to Epub, convert it to Word, translate in english with google translate, reconvert in epub and upload on Google Books or wherever you want to read it. It's a bit long but it works

If you want the translated chapters you can obviously avoid the convertion part
