hes not though... its his personality that is like of a child.. hes not actually a literal child (and he isn't a child inside an adult body either)
He has no interest in sex, is extremely immature, and LITERALLY MADE A DEAL BECAUSE HE WAS SCARED OF THE DARK??? He definitely has a child’s mentality. It doesn’t matter how long he’s been around, that isn’t how it works.
He likely doesn’t even understand what sex IS, and you’re really weird for considering someone who’s only activities are eating and playing video games, cannot feed himself without making a mess, and doesn’t understand how to control his own strength or regulate his emotions capable of consenting to sex.
