Maybe it's cause he knows the feeling when azz and sabnock takes the pills but since they've never witnessed clara's evil cycle they don't know that its like that and so they can't rush to help? Just a guess tho

Just curious but didn't Balam say he will be there the second his Evil Cycle pills were consumed? That's how he rushed over to Sabnock? can't he feel anything?
