I don’t know where ur from but u could reach higher authority that isn’t the local police. You could file a report and open a court case but I think the police still need to investigate for it to be a court case. also higher authority in this case is probably the state police or even higher up.
like someone else said, a higher authority besides police is good idea. such as a trustworthy professor or teacher. maybe you can also look for local women's support organizations.

Go to higher authorities if the police is her husband you can go to the agency that the police station is under or to the sheriff (as thet are the highest status in hierachy) and file a complaint not only about the husband but also about the poor girl that got r*ped

Yeah a rape kit can be done BUT if it’s been a few days since the rape, That evidence may not be viable. Also the r*pist might’ve used a condom. I think u should get a good lawyer and let them lead the case. A good and a unbiased lawyer.
A unbiased lawyer is always good to fight case's.

as the other person pointed out, this could become unsustainable over time. her situation is difficult, considering she's up against law enforcement and a wealthy family, where she works as their maid. pursuing a case with basic evidence won't be enough. she requires strong, substantial proof.

it's likely that she's in a vulnerable position financially and stands little chance against their legal resources
i suggest you circulating the evidence within the community instead while keeping anonymity. you can spread fliers in disguise, whatever you think can work (that won't get silenced)
this might be a more effective approach for now. at least, it could lead to public scrutiny and prompt higher authorities to take notice. this could tarnish his reputation within the department, possibly getting fired, and create a stir for the family.

It would be impossible for her to win the case if she does not have a good financial backing.
Unless she has a really good lawyer assigned by the court ( which is just wishful thinking) or a public defender. So yeah it's a losing case ....
If like you said that , the person has connections and financial backing . best option is to take it to the media if these people are that important , it's best to make a report and try to get their name out letting the media know that ( Person A raped person B) . Of course wise staying anonymously. And no need to state person B name .
But I'd honestly still recommend finding support organization and a good lawyer.

im also worried if blackmailing will be involved. not only that the story is easy to twist, it's easy for them to find something to endager and depending on the degree of their extortion, she may end up following the lies they're going to portray.

Yeah she is very poor and the man is who raped is blaming her, he said he was joking, and that he didn't did anything!! Can u believe it. And that man is so old and the girl is a middle teen kid ig. And I asked the girl's friend and she told me she is not gonna file a complaint cuz they know they won't win the case and they don't have enough money. I told them to file a complaint and they said " the master itself is the police, the police will not help"
am so sorry for this situation. If you think there’s nothing else they can do. Please be extremely supportive and caring for that person. Be there for them whenever. They need a confidante.
About the legal process, I still think u can file an anonymous complaint. I do not know how the legal system works wherever you’re from but if and when the complaint reaches a higher person they’ll be of help to her. Another way u can do this is with public support. I know you said u didn’t wanna get involved and that is totally valid but if she really wants to fight for this I think she should reach out to the public and sooner or later a public defender might take up this case. Plus I’m sure u can make a few pennies on social platforms. Please do extend my regards to her. I hope she’s healthy and recovering well. The world is cruel and it’s heartbreaking to know people go through this. I’m sorry.
Guys!! Where do I complain about r*pe case ??? this girl in my neighborhood got r*ped by the brother of the women she was working for. she is a slave/ servant. And the women is trying to silence everyone who knows about this. I am just a college student and I am afraid, so can anyone tell me how do I complain about this without others knowing i complained. I am scared to go to police cuz the husband of that women is police.
