Yes, they cut out same parts. Same goes for the first appearence of Grayson at the end of the current chapter. In the novel the bodyguards first saw him outside on the road next to his car and thought he was someone who's car broke down. And he was there all typical Grayson wearing sunglasses etc., and in the manhwa he is already in the house.
It was somewhere in volume 3. I don't know the exact chapter number, but it should be where he found out Pete was his son, so maybe last ch of vol3.

I personally feel at least interactions between mc and ml should not be skipped as we are investing in their relationship.

So when Josh was telling Chase how alone he's gonna be once he gets old because of his shitty personality. Chase kept countering with 'what about you' and Josh replied with 'atleast it's better than urs'.
So Chase wanted to say 'how is your personality better?', but didn't because he knew Josh would reply with 'atleast it's better than urs'.
It was such a nice interaction but they rushed through it. These little things give them so much more personality and makes them 3d
