Tbh another crazy theory I got is that blue haired dude wasn't bullied or anything, just extremely jealous of mc/the cause of trauma, having the seemingly perfect life, and wanted to ruin his life by blaming him of his death yeah I know twisted

What you described didn't happen to Leafanta Aegim, since he was the person who off-ed themselves in ch. 126. The person you just described, whose role Gongja just took over, was the one who raised Gongja. He took the surname "Kim" and became an Orphanage Manager to atone for his sins. He wanted to, at least spread the surname of the person, who unalived themselves bc of him (as he thought). That's also the reason why Gongja has the surname Kim.
He used to be a bully, changed when he got in a relationship with raviel, he now has everything and will lose it all cause dude is blaming him for his death
