Uigun hasn't apologized yet, and no, they haven't talked about the misunderstanding either. After knowing about the truth of Dagun having a twin, the two haven't met up in a few days, till this one because this day was a lesson day. Then they slept with each other as you saw in the last chap, without any mention of the last misunderstanding
