I need help again you guys

I'm looking for this manga I read a while ago, but I can't find the name in my reading list because it's been so long . But I only remember that one of the stories was about two neighbors who switched bodies and the mc was pissed because the neighbor had held sex friends so he made a rule that they can't get freaky in each other's body because "I'm a top and you are not," but it ended with the neighbor getting freaky with the mc because the neighbor's ummmmm..... big willy scared the other guys and it only fit in the mc???? but please help me find this one you guys
