I liked Elsa’s mom and dad’s love story, and I get that the dad was grieving, blaming himself when the emperor required unreasonable workload from him…yes he lost the love of his life but that baby there in his grief the mindset could’ve been, let me love this baby with her mother’s share as well. Keep my wife’s memory alive by telling our story or reading it after writing it down since he’s no good with words, not marrying that horrible woman to keep up appearances or whatever it’s better to be a widow. I mean the flower power that I hated seeing in Karen was sweet when dad gave those roses to mom. Like others said in his grief and cowardice he failed his older daughter and sullied his love’s memory. ╥﹏╥
