Every time I read this I think to myself, if he had just been a little more patient and a little smarter he could have avoided being hated and still spend forever with his obsession. after all thw bottom was already inlove soo all he had to to then was keep the act up for a little longer and it would have become his reality, just revealed the truth and gaslight the bottom into forgiven him
