I’m a little lost what do they mean by flag that??

Basically a death flag. It's that trope where a character will say something hopeful or have a revelation or set a resolution etc etc but end up leaving them incomplete because they end up dying. A foreboding.

Okay now I’m more nervous… I hope they don’t hit us with a time skip
