Just my two cents..
Idk, I'm more of blaming the father from her bio family than blaming the family as a whole. Her brothers were basically kids when she was sent away. Sure they had some level of intelligence and understanding but they don't completely grasp the situation and have no real sway in the decision made. Tho yea it's kinda idiotic they don't realize or even think that she just might actually be their bio sis. But the father though, ( ･_･) bro can't even trust the love of his life. He really up'd and thought that she would cheat on him. Sure the hair color being different is pretty damning but he could've just talked it out with the wife and think of possible reasons why the hair color is different. Or you know, just double down on his decision to accept her as his daughter and not hand her over to some rando who claims to be the ''real dad'' without even so much as a struggle, fact check, or interrogation.
As for the adoptive family. Sure they're keeping her in the dark but they have reasons to do so. Tho honestly I'm not a fan of what they did either. But between the two, Adoptive Fam > Bio Fam.

I say the thing with her family is a whole lot of misunderstandings and they were manipulated behind the scene. I can't really say they really abandoned her. It's a lot more complicated than just abandoning her like that. I can see they really love her. Well, here anyway. Idk in novel though.
And her adopted family keep a lot of secrets from her that would actually make her think twice about her blood family. Ans the queen was actually one of the conspirators behind the tower. Sure, they don't want her to get hurt but they don't have any right to keep the truth from her. I would be pissed if I was i her shoes.
I don't know how to feel about mls though like whichever she decides to choose, they're all red
