Give it a chance! I swear, MC and ML have the best character and relationship development ever!!!!!!! It started as red flag BUT GIVE IT A CHANCE!!
The angst! The running away arc! The chasing and capture arc! THE BEGGING ARC OMG mc did NOT make it easy for ml! Then reconciliation and redemption! The ml grew from a trained killing machine incapable of feelings into a desperate loving sappy husband and father! I cried a few times! And i giggled and kicked my blanket a lot!
It may not be everyone's cup of tea but let me just say this: this novel has now become one of my favorites!! ╥﹏╥ if an english book ever comes out i will buy it all!
i just wish the webtoon can properly adapt the story. So far i think it's great!

It will be a long and infuriating story!
Especially from the ML. He calls mc baby and sex toy or hole, always harsh and cruel with his words, locks him in the room without clothes to wear (just a robe, not even underwear). He does whatever he wants.
But on the other hand, he will also give gifts to mc like cakes and desserts, pays off all his debt, takes revenge/kills off the small-fries who talk shit about mc, gives him a card with 12 billion won in mc's name, etc.
There will be a lot of scenes where they get intimate but then more drama ensues! But i love how mc confronts the ml even when he's trembling scared!
Mc gets pregnant! And it's just at 6weeks in the novel rn, just a small bean, but via hologram prediction the baby will look like a spitting image of mc! A beautiful baby! Mc doesn't want to keep the baby because he doesn't want it to live like him but the doctor gives him more time to think. Ml also doesn't push for termination immediately. Instead he insists that he should be the legal guardian as he is the father of the child! Mc gets morning sickness and cravings for cherries! During that time mc and ml actually communicates and agrees to start over!
More shocking news, General Oh (someone who worked with Lieutenant Kim) goes to meet mc and reveals that he knows mc's father! They were actually past lovers (yes, a male father gave birth to mc) and he thinks of mc as his own child and has been looking for him for a long time! He asks mc if he wants to have the child, and if he does he will support him as an adoptive father! He even shows a certificate where it says all his assets will be inherited by mc. --- ml doesn't know this yet but he suspects that general oh has something to do with mc's constitution being not able to get addicted to harmful drugs.
