As a woman, I believe women should work in the kitchen while I help her with the dishes and kiss her and thank her after she's done cooking for us. And then the next day we switch and I get kisses too

It's not about distribution of work.
That guy is talking about how, a women shud never wrk in other fields even if she is worthy and a great one .
Instead she shud only wrk IN THE KITCHEN, cooking for the whole family, clean the house, do the laundry, do the dishes, look after the kids. No distribution because his the one providing her with money and finance. And that she shud not work.
