In my opinion the ratings dont mean shit.

The ratings system here is error and untrustworthy, the rating for this series was 9.1 before I uploaded it but after its finished its downed to 8.8, very unreliable

Oh cmon the last thing you should do is decide to read a book based on the rating
Judging by the cover is a even better method than that
