Not just the comment but the character is made to annoy. Like most of female characters in BL stories. Like they're always annoying and "the enemy", "the obstacle"

He goes to her class and she thinks he is passing by to see her.
She gets her hopes up and thinks he actually cares. Wants him back.
Not really hard to follow the sequence of this actions ...

Yeah and it's so deeply misogynistic this setting as well. Nowadays a lot of BL has been changing that perception but i was not expecting these comments, specially because the girl her is just a immature teenager chasing after her ex.
A lot of those other BL with " enemy girl ", they are portrayed as very horrible and scheming and cartoony villain way ... the ex here is literally a teenager, acting as a teenager.
